For a very negative and dismissive review of the french version, _Le
mystere Thucydide_, see Oswyn Murray, TLS. Times Literary Supplement
(August 21, 1998) p. 25. My memory is that Canfora argues that Thucydides
never went into exile, that his History was published after his death by
Xenophon with Hellenica I-II written by Xenophon as a continuation to
round out the whole, and that Xenophon wrote Thuc. V.25-83.
