Thanks. Faculty Survey for Engineering Courses with Service-Learning and/or Community-Based Projects Thank you for taking the time to read and complete the survey. For the survey, Service-Learning involves the joining of both academic coursework and community service, with key features including reciprocity, reflection, and community-expressed needs; a Community-Based Project is one in which the client is a non-profit group and the activities of the project provide opportunities for students to meet the course learning objective(s) but lack features of reciprocity and reflection. The results of the survey will be emailed to you and presented in conferences on engineering education. Deadline for returning the survey is November 20, 1999.
