You guys are cracking me up.  It takes about 15 seconds per leg.  Faster if the
stubble isn't too bad.  Bend the knee and watch the ankles to avoid cuts.  If you
want to race sometime then I'm sure the ladies on the team could give you some
good competition.  However, you should be experienced with all of that facial
hair.  We can talk about armpits another time.
