OFFICER REPORTS: PRESIDENT-Dave has donated Mariner's tickets that will be distributed soon. PLEDGE DIRECTOR-The next pledge meeting will be next Wed. at 6pm in THO 202. There are extra pledge phone lists available, if you need one. Activation is the 30th, Pledge Review is the 27th, and the pledge project is scheduled for May 31st-June 1st. SECRETARY-CPW forms are still on the office door. The deadline is approaching for signing up, so get one ASAP if you'd like to take part in a summer CPW! TREASURER-Dues are now $20. Amy passed around an updated copy of the check book register. She also passed out service pins to those who donated them for the last activation ceremony. VP MEMBERSHIP-none VP SERVICE-Matt was absent, but Ryan said he'd post all info. via e-mail at a later time. SUNSHINE-Leandra was going to bring popsicles tonight, but forgot, so be looking for it them later. :) 3.ACTIVATION-May 30th at 6pm the ceremony will start. Be there by 5:30pm, pledges and actives. This event is MANDATORY, and we will have a banquet to celebrate our 5th anniversary of being rechartered too. A room and banquet plans will be announced later. 4. SUMMER SERVICE PROJECTS-A hospital camp needs help, as was posted on apoga earlier. Also, Ryan works at a Campfire Daycamp annually, which involves playing w/kids from 9-3pm daily for a week. If you'd like info. on doing this, contact him. 5. THE DAILY-Christy brought some extra copies of the article about our Idaho trip. Idaho was FUN! Ryan's alternator died and Mary went w/ him to Spokane. Ryan also brought 2 photos and said Idaho thanked us for attending their ceremony. Of UW,UI, and WSU, the 3 schools that attended, we had the most people! :) 6. ELECTIONS-This will be done at the next GBM. If you'd like to run, get a form (contact Ryan for one) and put it under the office door BY MONDAY! A sign up sheet was passed around for being on the nominating committee. If you'd like to be on it and have hours, contact Ryan. Ryan started to read the office requirements, but was asked to stop. Instead, if you would like more information on an office, read the By-Laws or contact the person who holds the current office. The nominations will be announced by next Friday and will take place on Wed. However, Sanjay moved to extend the current exec. board positions to being held a full year and Briana seconded that motion. We will discuss it further at our next GBM. 7. OPEN FORUM Dave Corning-He's taken over Tony's duties for the NW and is planning on holding pizza parties to open more chapters at different schools this summer. If you know someone at a NW school w/o an APO chapter, contact him. Chris-John Lince's phone number has changed.
