Lets give praise to God for this... as it says in this months Living Life: The Arabs have a proverb: "All sunshine makes a desert." To everyone who comes to Christ, God's promise is, "Out of his heart shall flow rivers of living water" (John 7:38). Suffering is one way God can ensure that our "river" continues to flow. Announcements: 1. Pastor John says: Our visas. Thank you for all your prayers! We just received word from our IACD administrator that things are looking positive and it appears that we will be receiving our visas soon. We will have to wait a few more days until things are finalized. Continue to pray for us. 2. Bible study this Friday at 7 pm in choir room at church. Please pick up a Living Life QT book for study otherwise read from the book of Job. Pastor Won will continue leading SNL in the study of Job. We are planning to have bubble tea after study for fellowship at WOW in the UDistrict and possibly bowling afterwards if people arent too tired. We should be at WOW by about 9:45 pm.... 3. ANCC Retreat!!! Theres only like 25-30 spots left so sign up ASAP. Its going to be AWESOME!!! 4. Would you like to win a certificate for $20 dollars to Evangel or Barnes and Noble? Click here... 5. The Bouncing Babies Contest is underway.... We've extended the date to turn in pictures so that others who've shown interest but didnt have access to scanners can either give Todd the pictures on Sunday or scan it and email it to him. As our church is growing and more people from all over Seattle are wanting to make it out on Sundays, we need someone to step up and be the servant in Transportation Ministry =) Right now theres about 5-7 people from UW District who need rides on Sundays to church. Also, we have some members from West Seattle and Im sure other areas who cant come to church consistently due to transportation problems. If you can volunteer to pick up people in UW district that would be great. Also, a young woman from west Seattle is in need of a ride on Sunday.... Can you step up?
