Volume one of the new *Homers Ilias: Gesamtkommentar*, ed. by J. Latacz et 
alii, has the following note at 1.366:

Nach Theben zogen wir zu Feld: einer der in V. 163f. erwaehnten Beutezuege 
in die Umgebung von Troia (TAPLIN 1986), auf denen Achilleus nach eigener 
Aussage insgesamt 11 Staedte erobert hat (9.328f.). Auf dem gleichen Zug 
wird Lyrnessos zerstoert und Briseis aus dieser Stadt geraubt (2.690f., 
19.60). Beide Staedte liegen in der suedlichen Troas am Suedfuss des Ida 
(genauere Lokalisierungsversuche bei KIRK zu 6.395-7). Zu Thebens Herrscher 
Eetion, Andromaches Vater, s. 6.395-397. Weshalb die "Tochter des Chryses" 
(Chryseis) sich zur Zeit des Ueberfalls in Theben befindet, ist unklar (zu 
Loesungsvorschlaegen vgl. u.a. die Scholien; REINHARDT 1961, 50ff.; HEITSCH 
1980, 50ff.; DE JONG 1985, 20 Anm. 29; TAPLIN 1992, 85).
