Do any of you allow a student to "correct" an answer if they'll certify (under penalty of death, of course) and present a notarized statement to that effect? Or do you automatically make them go through the residency questionnaire process? Janelle Miner, Registrar Whatcom Community College jminer@whatcom.ctc.edu (360)676-2170 .
