Graduate Students:
The Northwest Concrete Pavement Seminar Committee has two $1,000 
scholarships available for the 1995 winter or spring term.  The 
scholarships will be awarded to qualified engineering students 
demonstrating an interest in Portland Cement Concrete Pavements.  If you 
are interested in applying, please see me in the Civil Engineering 
Advising Office, 201A More Hall, by the first of November.
