Subject: WANTED: HOT ROAD AND MT. BIKE RACERS TO SPONSOR

Our company is seeking young, up and coming, road bike and mt. bike racers
to sponsor during the 1996 season and beyond who wear and endorse our
exciting new eyewear products. We offer a cash sign on bonus and a
percentage of year end gross sales in addition to incentives based on
performance. If amature status is desired, other compensation will be
provided.

FAX or e-mail racing resumes for review. Also of interest is generally
what region of country you will be in and what race plans are for this
season. Candidates will then be evaluated and chosen based on the last
couple of years results.
