Provides copy of mother's green card, driver's license, vehicle registration and lease agreement, which indicate mother is a Washington state resident. However, student cannot provide copy of income tax return because parents reside (most of the time) in Taiwan where they own a business. They do not file an income tax return here. All documentation indicates mother is a resident. How does student prove dependency in absence of income tax return??? Thanks, all!
