Due to problems with the website for the International Conference on Wood in
World Rivers (http://riverwood.orst.edu), we are extending the deadline for Oral
Contributed Paper abstracts to April 14th, 2000.  We apologize for any
inconvenience this may have caused.  Abstracts may be submitted electronically
via the website, mailed to Attn: Kelly Wildman, 104 Nash Hall, Oregon State
University, Corvallis, OR 97331-3803 or faxed to 541-737-3590. Contributed Paper
abstracts received by the closing date will be reviewed for relevance to the
conference goals and topics and technical merit. Accepted abstracts will be
assigned to one of several concurrent sessions and presenting authors will be
notified of the acceptance of their paper by May 1, 2000.
