Subject: Standard Entry Forms


H.  I have mad a stack of 1996 USCF Standard Release & Entry Forms, 
which are what you use to pre-register for races and save yourself
the late fee (often ~ $5-6).  Since the rulebooks seem to be late this
year (this is where entry forms are normally found), I would be happy
to campus mail people some forms if it will assist in the planning
(and paying) for races this season.  Send me your campus mail address and 
a conservative estimate of how many forms you'd like.
