We have a class tonight at 6:30 at Magnuson park. Just shoot me an e-mail and let me know you are coming and the usual $29 fee is waived and just a $5 donation is required to get 2 hours of instruction on pacelines, cornering and how to ride well in a group. If you have taken the Crit course we do as a Husky team each spring, it might be redundant, but otherwise this is probably the best place to learn some skills and get ready for racing next season. It will also help ride better with the team on the rides and know what is going on. The class if from 6:30 - 8:30 and it is just off the Burke Gilman at 74th street. We give this class a few more times this year, check out the website for times. www.cycleu.com/Services.aspx Also a plug for Cyclocross 101. We are doing that one next Tuesday night the 27th. I've been at UW for a year now and probably should have tried to find a team sooner because I'm getting real bored riding solo. I haven't done any racing, but I've been riding pretty regularly for the last four years and am looking to be persuaded -- does anyone have any info on getting involved with the Thursday night crits at Seward Park? Is anyone riding this week that wouldn't mind a newbie tagging along for something in the 40 to 80 mile range?
