I am finalizing the RA/TA offer-reappointment letters and job description 
for those of you on the payroll this quarter.  As Academic Student 
Employees both of these must have your signature. Most of you will need to 
sign the offer/reappointment letter and check to make sure your job 
description is signed as well.  My hours are 7:30-4:30 (except lunch time 
12:00-1:00.

Your personnel file will be housed in the Graduate Advising Office and 
will be separate from your academic file.  You are free to see it any 
time.
