Subject: Help Request - Environmental Indicators - Asia & Near East

Hi;

I am urgently in need of help in finding specific environmental indicators
for several countries in Asia and the Near East . I am also looking for
basic data that shows projections of indicators (forest loss, etc.) into the
future; perhaps to 2020.

Specifically:

Countries: Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka
A. Indicators of biodiversity conservation, habitat loss, deforestation,
wetlands loss, coastal zone degredation, coral reef degredation, land
conversion and loss to agricultural production, and related indicators.


Countries: Egypt, Morocco, West Bank/Gaza; India, Indonesia, and Philippines
B. Global Climate Change (Fossil fuel energy consumption)
Indicators: Index of greenhouse gas emissions; CO2 emissions, CH4, NOx, SO2,
VOCs, etc.

I would appreciate any help in directing me to internet-based resources and
publications, peer-reviewed or otherwise.
