Thank you very much for the very informative response.   "Most
Excellent!"  I would be very grateful if you could send me names of some
of the other local government/local contacts that are working with GIS
well data.   Maybe some of the most recent GIS projects those have been
accomplished or are currently being working on?   Just write back when
you have a spare time Laurie I'm in no rush.  I really do appreciate you
answering my email "Thank You!"
