This is your last chance to have your yearbook photos taken for free at
school.  Please show your support and show up for your place in the
yearbook.  Even if you are not planning on buying a yearbook, please get
your picture in it so that the people who do can remember who you are.
Thank you for your support.

Program directors and Department Heads, thank you for sending over the
first group for photos, I would like to see the rest on Tuesday.  Thank
you also very much for your support.  Office staff can show up anytime
during the 1pm to 7pm time slot that the photographer is available.  There
is no need to have all of a group at once (not to mention it is near
impossible), just for all of the group to make it some time tomorrow.
