I'm now pretty certain this is the same student I was referring to in my note yesterday. I hear she has applied at UW also. The letter we received from her parents stated that she and her mother followed the father to NY in Aug 98 and then she applied here in Dec 98, citing the law which they thought said she'd be okay if *applying* within 6 months of h.s. graduation. Well, apparently they moved in 1997 after her junior year in h.s. Joe St.Hilaire Western On Tue, 18 May 1999, Carol Pitts wrote: > Can't believe I heard from y'all.
