S. State Department's Foreign Service Written Exam, registration/ information booklets are now available at the Center for Career Services, 134 Mary Gates Hall, or at the Jackson School of International Studies in Thomson Hall 111 and 208. You can also obtain complete information and register online at www.state.gov/www/careers/index.html. THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS COMING SOON: Online registration or completed registration forms must be received by OCTOBER 6, 2000 for the exam that will be given on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 4. The Jackson School Career Services' office in Thomson 208 also has a copy of the 2000 Study Guide, which includes sample questions for the different sections of the written exam as well as information on the oral assessment procedure.
