The only reason I'd buy a G3 at the moment is if I could get it for say, $300, and would expect to replace it as soon as the G4 laptops become more affordable. Fortunately, my iBook is still functional, and I want to keep that cute orange thing as long as I can.. So yes, Greekkeys is significant in that Greekkeys as we know it is presumably on its way out, so this is an unfortunate time to be making the change to a new machine.
