Our lovely, and beautiful seneschal (hey! I am biased) have discussed this a bit as well. Here are some of the Ideas that we have discussed, and are going to move on when schools starts up again... - Display in the Hub. we have done this before, and all that is required is flat things, and pictures. Pretty Garb, Scrolls, Pictures of fighting and Tournaments, some pages of Explanation, and contact information. Required: people to set up, and take down on specific days. someone to talk to the hub and reserve a date for us. - Demo's on Campus. a couple of rapier fighters, and a couple of heavy fighters.. during the day, out on the lawn. since its during the day, its hard to get people to be able to show up for this. people in garb hanging out and explaining things helps alot. some static A&S displays are also good. Required: people to commit, and not flake on appearing during the day. with travel, setup, and teardown this is a couple of hours at least. someone to reserve a date and time for space on campus... - Flyers. posting flyers around campus about the group. required: unlimited office supplies, and computing power. and someone to get approval of hte postings.
