It's a Sekai steel frame of indeterminate age-- I picked it up from Recycled a few years ago. It's a 53 cm c-to-c seat tube, with a ~55cm top tube. I'm selling it pseudo-complete-- the only thing missing is the cranks, b.b., and seat-- for $200. The wheels are nothing special, just generic 36h track hubs laced to average rims. Included are two different track cogs (spaced for road pitch chains), a 15T and 16T. The most common gearing at Marymoor is probably 50x15. I have a 50T chainring too if you're buying the bike and want that as well-- $10 extra.
