Just a little more on DSL's...  I am using Speakeasy and I actually get the 
same rate up and down.  When I got the service they gave me 8 fixed IP's 
and encouraged me to setup a server.  They also will provide secondary DNS 
service for no charge as long as you provide primary.  I'm happy.
