Those are good questions Will, and no, you no input as to frame details. Dropouts are typically Ritchey brand vertical Dropouts, if we all want horizontal thats not a problem, but they should all be one or the other. Clearences are very good on Lyon frames, he makes cross stuff after all. You should be able to run a 28c and fenders with no problems. Except, racing frames dont't usually have Braze-ons for fenders so that should be something we should discuss.  -alex
