Oerberg's books are available at www.pullins.com but I'm not sure which
editions they have.

  It sounds like Oerberg's LINGUA LATINA to me.  I have the books in my 
office.  Professor Oerberg has put out a new edition, which we have used
here 
several times to teach beginning Latin.  You have to order directly from
Prof. 
Oerberg.  I can dig up the address, if you want it.  I like the method, but 
many US students find it difficult. Gerald Erickson used it to teach me
Latin 
many years ago in Minnesota.  It works well when the teacher speaks Latin in

class.
