Attached is the updated 1997 Clothing Order and Team Dues Form. 
Please PRINT OUT this form and bring it with you to an upcoming team
meeting on either Dec. 3 or 4. Announcement regarding times and room
is forthcoming. You can also mail it if you want (see address below).
