Hey,

Some of you may have noticed there is a strange light in the sky today. If
anyone is interested I will be heading to Saint Edwards State Park for a
mountain bike ride this afternoon.

Caution ... for all you roadies out there. This ride may contain sustained
periods both above and below your target heart rate.
