Since the group does not currently have a Physiatrist I am at a disadvantage about what would make our opportunity and practice more attractive for a Physiatrist and also where to begin our search for a qualified candidate. We are located in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania. We are one hour from Philadelphia and two hours from New York. The community is mixed urban, suburban and rural areas with a population of 800,000. I realize you are busy but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
