Things are moving quickly! The schools have received their packets of information and we are starting to hear some response. On Monday I will let the group know where we stand as far as registrations. March 7th is our deadline. We have developed a list of partners and sponsors, and committee members. Stefani and Michelle are going to put it together and get it back to me. Stef and Michelle - I need that in final form by 3/10 to get it copied and in the folders. Stef and Michelle are also going to work on signage. Stephanie and Doug are set for registration, but want to be able to determine the sort on assigning girls to workshops. We will have an info room where any of our organizations can put out materials to be picked up. If you have info on your organization, please remember to bring a bunch with you on March 28th. We have a full staff of volunteers! Yay Raelene, Linda and Dorette! Training is on March 22 at 10:30 am in WCG 322 on UWT's campus. R, L, or D, as the training date approaches could you please give me a count of ppl who will attend so I can plan for materials and food? We would like to meet every week from now until the conference.
