It may be one of the extensions you need to add that isn't a default tool. I saw this technique used by Ken McCann, a toxicologist at the Illinois DPH. He was doing a lead study and had point coverages of levels related to houses. You can see his abstract and others at: http://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/GIS/conference/DP-final.html#EHP2 There were some posters and papers presented that dealt specifically with breast cancer. I don't know what your end goal is but I think you can show incidence and mortality using zip codes and census tracts rather than point coverages. I am currently working to map breast cancer incidence and mortality using GIS for DC and have run into some obstacles due to the sensitive nature of certain addresses in the District. Does anyone have any suggestions for circumventing this issue. Thank you, Tatia Tatia Chay MPH-Candidate School of Public Health and Health Services George Washington University .
