We do have areas covered by native health care corporations, and by native regional corporations that are owned by shareholders who are natives, per the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act -- that hold land and properties, investments, etc. We in the Division of Public Health have lists of communities showing the associated native corporations and native health corporations (which however can change -- compacting for health services means there are commmunities that pull out or join with others over time). And if you want linguistic groups you are talking a different "map." There is a nice linguistic grouping map sold in shops here -- and the Department of Community and Regional Affairs (now redistributed to Dept of Labor and Dept of Commerce) has printed annually a map that shows the bounds of the "regional corporations under hte Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act." ----Original Message----- From: Richard E.
