Dick Hoskins hiya i just had a look at download.com for the pc [ http://www.download.com/pc/fdoor/0,322,0,00.html?st.dl.fd.cats.fd ] and if you do a search on "keyboard" it'll come up with a load of links for software. by the looks of it a number of them allow you to alter the key functionality of your keyboard so perhaps one might let you disable the caps lock key. good luck ct .
