Quotes a lerger edition with commentary of the *Divinatio* as well, by Cowie and Heitland, Cambridge 1976. 4th Verrine: F. W. Hall, Macmillan, London 1897. 5th Verrine: R. G. C. Levens, Methuen, London 1946 (my reprint: 1953). Refers to a German commentary by Carl Halm and a French commentary by Emile Thomas. Levens' commentary was still in use and in print in England in the 1970s and 1980s. It may be still in print. There is a nineteenth century edition of all - or most - of Cicero's speeaches, with a brief commentary beneath the text, by George Long. It is obviously outdated on a lot of things, but Long did know some Latin. I think the ubiquitous Anthon of Columbia had a commentary on some of the speeches. I hope this helps. JG. .
