Yes, there is one hour parking in front of the Science Building and Dougan
on Jefferson.  There is also street parking along Market (be careful,
though, people drive fast!).  There is also parking right on court C, but
it's only a few spots and I haven't yet had the experience of hunting for
parking spaces at that hour so I don't know whether they are usually open.
