Does that qualify her for resident rates? She is not a citizen and does not have a Perminent Resident Alien Card, yet. She does have a military spouse ID card. Her spouse is a retired, disabled, Q-Vet. He believes that she is eligible for all his Q-Vet benifits including "ten years of Q-Vet rate tuition". This is really a new one for me. Have any of you dealt with a similar situation? *** Sandie St. Onge, Registration & Records Manager *** Lower Columbia College (360) 578-5470 FAX PO Box 3010 (360) 577-2303 Office Longview WA 98632-0310 ffff,0000,0000 (360) 575-6229 Voice Mail .
