This January she separated from spouse and moved to Richland, WA with parents who are residents. Prior calendar year she was independent, current calendar year, her father says she will be his dependent. WAC 250-18-040 (2) says current OR prior calendar year. Is the father's word that she will be dependent adequate? If not, what documentation would be required?
