J. Andrew Overman, chairman of the classics department at Macalester College, will respond to questions and comments about approaches that can be used to attract more students. The new issue of The Chronicle features an article about the success Macalester has had in increasing enrollments in the classics. For the discussion, The Chronicle invites questions about the Macalester program, and also comments from other classics professors whose departments have had successes or who are facing challenges with enrollments or maintaining support from their administrations.
