While twiddling with some networking things, I get the following error,
which I've seen elsewhere before and would like it if someone could
explain the sucker:

SIOCADDRT: Network is unreachable

There are two nics in the machine that are working.  I believe this is
some sort of low level hardware/driver issue, can anyone give any sort of
insight?
