Darla, at this point in the quarter, you may still enroll if the instructor gives
you permission.  After Jan. 15, you must complete a late/add petition, pay a $35
late add fee, obtain both the dept. chair and instructor's permission, and submit
the form to the dean's office for review.  It may or may not be approved.
