Try Guido Majno's "The Healing Hand: Man and the Wound in the Ancient World" (Harvard Univ. Press, 1975). It has fascinating information and is lavishly illustrated. But I have no idea how it is regarded by specialists in ancient medicine. When the book appeared, Majno was chair of the Dept. of Pathology at the Univ. of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester.
