  Daffy is being converted to a C&CI only system, and has now been changed
to require secure-id verification of signons.  This is one step in making
daffy more secure.  Users who do not need access to daffy will soon have
their daffy accounts disabled.  If you feel there is a service that daffy 
provides that you require, please send me a note.  Other systems that 
provide the same services are available.
