The Canadian Environmental Assessment Act has provisions for TK. Denmark and the Netherlands have policy statements, as does Norway. The ADB has a policy so does the World Bank. UNDP is going to develop one (I think) and the Philippine government passed an Indigenous People rights Act in Oct of 1998. There are probably more, but it is early and I have not had my coffee yet! I hope this helps. Cheers, Peter Croal CIDA .
