The wife of an active duty military serviceman who is a Washington resident but who is currently stationed in Colorado and has orders for Germany, is requesting residency based on being his dependent. She is German with permanent residence status. She has never lived in Washington and does not have ties with the state. She wants to finish her schooling here because his family lives here. I cannot see any reason to approve it except that it is a military situtation and the WAC is vague on this issue.
