Other (Unix-speaking) database engines also understand ODBC, and can thus interact with your Access generated database. You will need to install the engine, of course, and create the front-end. I know that PosgreSQL does ODBC, and that it has packages for creating a web front-end. But don't believe for a second that these db engines are as "simple" (or stupid) as Access. If you set them up, it'll take you some time to get familiar with them, and I don't know much about the richness or fullness of the web packages.
