Must be able to work effectively and constructively with others in developing and maintaining work schedules, administering budgets, and general problem resolution. Must possess strong organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and to carry out duties of several projects simultaneously. Must be self-directed and accomplished at supervising and motivating others. Must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Minimum of three years of progressively responsible, administrative support/coordination or office management experience that has provided the knowledge and ability to work in an office with highly diverse duties.
