Thanks for letting me know who is coming on Thursday!  Remember we are
meeting at Stella's in the University District at 7:30pm for dinner.
Everybody needs to bring 5-10 bucks for tip/drinks, but the dinner will be
covered with coupons.

Just so everybody knows, the meeting will cover a little of everything.  We
will do a brief intro to the team for new riders during dinner.  We will go
over some tentative training ideas for fall quarter as well.

We will also be discussing nationals that are coming up in three weeks.  I
will do an overview of what is expected of our team, and then we will
finalize team registration.  This will include filling out IMA liability
forms for everybody, paying dues which are $35, and paying entry fees for
nationals.  

Entry fees will be a flat rate of $50.00 for each rider.  They can do as
many of the races as they want for this fee.  It will include 3 nights
lodging, transportation, race entry fees, and a tee-shirt.  If you want the
breakfasts they are an additional $25 for the three days.  The awards
banquet is $15, and if you have any friends/family that want to attend you
can buy tickets for them.

Beth and Ben will be at the IMA fair on Thursday between 3:00pm and 6:00pm
so go show your support by showing up and hanging out for a while!!
Recruit new racers for the upcoming road season while your at it.
