As an AIDS activist and trainer, Sasser has been educating young people at high schools, universities and youth conferences across the country about HIV and AIDS since 1991. Sasser was featured in several episodes of the Real World III. Recently, Sasser was asked by President Clinton to serve on the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS. Seating is limited.
