Subject: 08/29 Carson:  "new" turned off


        On Monday, August 29, 1994, the "new" account creation utility
        will be changed on carson.  "new" users on carson will see an
        announcement explaining that new accounts are not being added to
        carson and asking that they create new email accounts on homer.
