Date: Tue, 16 Sep 1997 17:02:18 -0700 X-Priority: 3 X-Mailer: Internet Mail Service (5.0.1459.27) its coming up to the time soon, and i would like to extend a personal invitation to all of the college folks to attend this event. since i am doing this in the name of and under the auspices of the College of Saint Bunstable, i would appreciate all the help i can get. i know that i haven't really been in contact much about this event, but i made the big mistake all first time autocrats must make. that of trying to do it all yourself.. :) after a momentary panic, and some arm flailing i have delegated like mad, and things are progressing smoothly now... I do need people to pre-register for the feast as feast tickets WILL NOT BE available during the event. Also i need helpers for the following areas.. Fencing: Marshalls and Waterbearers, as well as Fighters... (does the college have waterbearing equipment?) Brewing Competition: Should be ok here, i think we have it in hand. anybody got any groovy books to bring and share on the subject? Feast: I do need some servers, and i am looking for Stique here... sort of like baronial banquet. we want to have enought servers that we can have 2 servers at each table, 1 sitting down and eating while the other serves the table. Please contact me if you are interested. Brigid (sarah) will be in charge of the servers... Drama: I think this is well in hand... it should be good! Bardic: I will need shills (plants in the audience) for this one. this bardic is not going to be competitive, so we won't need judges.. Setup! and Teardown!
