A patron after a good effort has not been able to find the information she seeks on primates. I hope some one might be able to point me in the right direction. I had long ago jotted down some notes about primate-talk but the email address I had is undeliverable. Has any one heard of a list about primates. Further do any of you know resources that I could be directed to that might answer the following questions? What are the numbers of primates that have been used in research in the U.S. (recent and past stats)? Is there an agency fed or nonprofit that oversees or monitors research with primates? Are there any good review articles or books on discoveries from primate research? I am aware of the book "Monkey Wars" unfortunately we do not own that title, but are attempting to obtain it from another library. Any other titles anyone knows about?
